Printed Circuit Boards
We manufacture the following types of PCBs for you: double-sided plated-through (dk) PCBs, multilayer (ML) up to 42 layers, flexible/rigid-flexible PCBs, PCBs for HF applications and special materials. The focus is on the production of multilayers.
Technologies
In addition to the standard process for two-layer PCBs – drilling, direct plating, photo printing, fixed resist, pattern plating, etching, solder resist, application of the desired surface and contour processing – we use the full range of current technologies.
